Whereabouts
Whereabouts
POnly athletes included in the Registered Testing Pool CADC or relevant international sports federations have a duty to report their whereabouts so they could be performed unannounced out of competition doping control. Athletes are included in the register testing Poll of the CADC on the basis of criteria set by the CADC in cooperation with the relevant association.
According to different criteria, the register is divided into two levels with different requirements for reporting places of residence. Each athlete is informed of the inclusion in the register. Athletes must report their places of residence in the register on a quarterly basis, either to the ADAMS system (always on the 15th day of the month preceding the next quarter) or via the "Whereabout forms", to the e-mail info@antidoping.cz. Reported places of residence can be updated at any time in the ADAMS and Athlete Central applications, exceptionally via SMS (to the number +420 732 845 089, by e-mail, by post).
Any three violations of the residence requirements (failure to be found at the reported residence, failure to provide or supply of incomplete residence information) during 12 consecutive months shall be considered an Anti-Doping rule violation under Article 2.4. Regulation for the control and sanction of doping in sport in the Czech Republic. By reporting the places of residence, the athlete may authorized another person, but he always bears full responsibility for any violation of the requirements for places of residence himself!
If an athlete who is a member of the testing registry terminates his / her racing activities, he / she must submit a report to CADC. Such an athlete who has submitted a report to CADC on the termination of racing activities may re-participate in the competition only on condition that CADC informs at least six months before the expected return to racing activities and if CADC informs at this time about its places of residence according to Article 5.7. Regulations. Reports on the termination and resumption of racing activities must be submitted on the relevant CADC forms (see "Termination of activities form" and "Resumption forms").
In the case that the athlete no longer meets the criteria on the basis of which he was included in the register, CADC informs of this fact. Only after a written notification to the athlete by CADC about the exclusion from the register, does the athlete cease to be a member of the register and does not have to send his / her whereabouts. CADC handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act (No. 110/2019 Coll.) And shares it only with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the relevant international federation.
